Everything on this canvas is broken except the background. The blue is one flat colour, edge to edge, with no shading and no second tone in it. All the fracture goes into the figure — the face is split into planes and each plane keeps its own colour, green against pink against orange, meeting along hard edges with nothing blended. The dark mass of hair is the largest shape on the canvas and the only one that stays in one piece.

Both eyes are there. One is grey with a white catch of light, sitting in the green; the other is under the long dark bar, on the orange. A head turned this far should only give you one.
