Acrylic painting of a dark blue night scene. A large pale disc sits behind a gap between two brown rock cliffs, and its horizontal middle forms the only bridge across the gap, with the rest of the circle continuing below it. Four small figures, two adults and two children, stand holding hands on the bridge in front of a warm yellow glow. A lone dark figure carrying a bag walks in from the right.

The bridge is the moon. The white disc sits behind the gap and its middle makes the only flat line across it, so what they are standing on is light and nothing else. There is nothing underneath. Below the line the rest of the circle carries on down into the dark.

Two colours do all the work — the blue of the night and the brown of the rock. The single warm patch is the yellow behind the four figures holding hands. The man walking in from the right is alone, in full black, and carrying a bag.

Tell me a little about where it would hang, and I will come back to you personally.
